In our quest for continued improvement, at the end each project our customers 
are asked to provide feedback as to how our company performed throughout 
the process. Here are some comments of what people had to say about us.

PJH Martin – Keston, Kent.

My wife and I were recommended Elitescapes to carry out re-construction to 
our garden as a result of severe storm damage. From very early on it became 
apparent that the workmanship of all aspects involved in the landscaping was 
of the highest order. Having employed many firms over the years to carry out 
work to our house we can say that none has reached the standards set by 
Elite. The small and dedicated team always showed when expected and 
always left each day ensuring the site was clean and tidy. I would go as far 
as saying Elite seem to be as near to perfect a work force as it is possible 
to get and we thank them for their excellent work, nothing appearing to be 
too much trouble. It has been a pleasure to work with men who are obviously 
well acquainted with all requirements of garden planning and execution. We 
are now left with a garden we are immensely proud of without it having been 
unduly expensive.

We have used Elitescapes on several previous occasions. Firstly they laid 
lawns to two new properties we built and secondly were responsible for 
erecting a fence along one of the access roads to the property. In each case

Thank you to you all once again for the fantastic work you have carried out 
creating our new garden and landscaping to the new swimming pool. As 
you’ll be aware we had many reservations about the proportion of the pool 
and how this would balance with the other features we intended on including. 
I must say now that the final result has by far exceeded my expectations 
and the garden is simply stunning! Jo and I both agree that your passion for 
the project has shone throughout over the past 5 months and the level of 
commitment and workmanship shown over this time has been first class.

A Big thanks to Adam and Ray and the rest of the team for my new courtyard 
garden. Having explained what I was looking for in a garden and the fact that 
I had very little time to look after it, the end product is exactly what I had in 
mind. Might I also add that I found your approach to be most consultative and 
easy to understand for someone who has no idea whatsoever about gardens. 
 now have a space that I can really be proud of as well as having peace of

I wanted to drop you this short line to say how thrilled Sam and I are with our 
new back garden. From the start we found Elitescapes to be very well versed

I am pleased to write you this letter and offer my thanks for the outstanding 
effort you and the team have displayed over the winter in creating our back 
garden and driveway. We realize now that the project was not without many 
obstacles and pitfalls but at no point did your commitment fade, something 
which is evident with the finished article. Working within the construction 
industry myself I am well aware of the importance of having a strong network 
of supplier to ensure that suitable materials are offered and installed and 
this has been the case all along with yourselves. The ‘Techno-mesh’ 
fencing panels in particular are very eye catching and really enhance the 
children’s play area and act as a perfect border  to the formal garden. I will 
certainly use Elitescapes again in the future (If I ever recover from 2 years 
of constant building work that is).
