By way of constantly striving for improvement, at the end of each project our clients are asked to provide feedback as to how we performed throughout our time working with them. Below are some recent comments.

PJH Martin - Keston: "My wife and I were recommended Elitescapes to carry out re-construction to our garden as a result of severe storm damage. From very early on it became apparent that the workmanship of all aspects involved in the landscaping was of the highest order. Having employed many firms over the years to carry out work to our house we can say that none has reached the standards set by Elite. The small and dedicated team always showed when expected and always left each day ensuring the site was clean and tidy. I would go as far as saying Elite seem to be as near to perfect a work force as it is possible to get and we thank them for their excellent work, nothing appearing to be too much trouble. The standard of work carried out to our new patio and courtyard was outstanding and the attention to detail first class. Having a terraced house with no side access it was necessary to bring large volumes of rubble and building materials through the house. The team took great care to prepare our house beforehand and the house was swept and hoovered meticulously at the end of each day. The team were polite and courteous at all times and no decisions with regard to costings, materials or changes to the design were made without consultation. I was heavily pregnant with my second child at the time of the project and with a 2 year old toddler in tow in the height of summer, it could have been immensely stressful, but this was not the case.
Elitescapes are a highly professional, likeable team who have given us a fantastic garden we are so proud of.
